All latest software as of today..both server and client apps....... using up to date firmware on Yealink T19P_E2

have 2 q's sales and service

members of the service want to pick up sales extensions when ringing using BLF key on app (windows) or could be programmed with *20*

used to work on V15 seems to have been broken on V16
