Pick up only from its group

Hi there,

I'm wondering how to pick up only from their certain group, for example:

Extension list:

• 10
• 11
• 12
• 13
• 14
• 15

If I add 10, 11 and 12 to ring group 51, and 13, 14 and 15 to ring group 52.

I want if ring group 51 rings, then extension 10 would be able to pick up ONLY from that ring group.

If ring group 52 rings, extension 10 should NOT be able to pick up from that ring group.

How can I achieve this?

Add your extensions in to their respected groups and then from the MGMT > settings
> General you need to enable this option

To add to what @kieferschild mentioned, for the sake of clarity. Remember to add these extensions to extension groups, then add those same extensions (in groups) to your ring group.

The extension groups are managed from the Management Console >> Groups. Add a new group for each set of extensions and ensure you've removed them from the DEFAULT group.
