Pickup a call that rings on another extention ?

Hello,
How can I pick up a call that rings on another extention, without using Call Assistant ?
I am using Snom 360 as a phone.

If I remember correctly you pickup the phone where you wish to answer call and dial 9100. If more than one calls are ringing this will give you the first one. If you know the extension that is ringing and you wish that specific call you dial 9100+ext number. The 9100 can be changed by editing a file in 3CX, I just don't remember the details. If it works for you and you wish the edit info just post request and I will find it.

Didn't work with 9100 . I use 9 to get an outside line. If you remember the text file would be great. I will search also on the 3cx directory.

You can do this by editing the 3CX ini file.

That worked. I have put

[DialCodes]
pickup = 6100

on the ini file, restarted the 3cx system and worked .
