Pickup another Extension call

I am trying to figure out how another phone can pickup a call to another extension. If the person is not at their desk someone else in the office wants to pick up that call to them. They are on V20 and i could make the users in the same department in case that is the way

Extension needs to be above User though: https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/access-roles/

And (User) > View has an Operations column for each department.
