Pickup up a call

Hi All.

We have 4 internal phone - grandstream GXP2100's

Can anyone please let me know how we pick-up a ringing extension - i.e. phone extension 102 is ringing, I am sat at desk with extension 103 and I want to pickup the call on 102 without going to the desk.
