Hi
I'm very new to 3CX. Just became a partner. I have a question:

Does version 11 have pin codes, those codes you dial before place a call, to get authorization to dial a number on a certain route.
Not to confuse with billing codes.

Thank You

v11 does. It is called IVR Pin Protect.
Under extension: Set PIN PROTECT to on under 'Other' tab.
There is a timeout timer here as well. It defaults to 60 seconds.

If you try to make a call, it goes BUSY signal.
So you dial 777 (its always 777 no matter what your extension length setting is [2,3,4,5])
Then it asks for your PIN (same as Voicemail pin)
It says "Access allowed by system"
Then you hang up and make your call as usual.

This will expire after the x seconds you setup.

The one thing I see as a flaw is that you can not force a certain length PIN currently. You have to monitor this manually from the Extension lsit and look for "RED" highlighted lines. these have "WEAK" pins. I think this means they are 3 of less digits or are the same as the extension number.
I have recommended and would like to see where the admin can say "VM Pin must be x digits or more" so I do not have to look at the list on a regular basis.

Somehow, the check mark does not stay. I check it, but next time is gone, and the phone does not get blocked from calls

Are you using a web browser, or the 3CX Management icon, on the host computer?
