I have set the UK prompt set but its still asking for "pound"?

also sometimes the VM answer's but the announcement ist played?

but on this phone i still don't get VM correctly all the time.

Ive not had to change it on a per extension basis and Dorothy says hash for me.

You got your active prompt set to UK English from settings > system prompts?

yes UK, and i had to set in each extension.

Did you tick all and bulk edit or edit one by one?

If you make a new ext does it go to UK by default?

it may be that when you first set up the PBX your default prompts was set to US. Therefore, any EXT you made picked that up.
