Solved ping fqdn

i've a hosted 3cx , and my provider need to ping fqdn.
There is way to enable this?

Hello @gintronic,

by default, you cannot ping either the Public IP address or the FQDN of a hosted by 3CX instance.

It sounds very odd that your provider uses PING (ICMP).
If they use SIPping then this would work.

It is strongly advised and only supported by us to use one of the providers we list.
