Hello
Many of my users are using 3cx Android App. On their mobile phone book almost all numbers are saved with "+" sign.
Means "+ and (country code)"
e.g +91xxxxxxxxx, +44xxxxxxxx, +1xxxxxxxxx
Now when they directly dial from 3cx android phone via phonebook, 3cx server does not recognize "+" sign.
I have created outbound rule which says "Calls to Numbers starting with prefix set as "+" (without quote ")
Whenever user try to dial number with (+) sign, 3cx logs says no outbound rule found. and user not able to make calls.
Why 3cx does not recognize (+) sign. Now a days in computer CRM or Mobile phonebook, numbers are always saved with international county code format. which is ( + country code)
pls let me know how do i resolve this issue.
thanx
