Polycom ip5000 stopped working

my PC IP5000 stopped getting the config from the tftp.. the tftp is working fine and Ive even tried to reprovision the phone from scratch.. its getting a config(of sorts) but its empty.. and I dont know what Im doing wrong...

All the posts about the setup have been followed and they dont work.. I kept getting an error "Error, sip.cfg has pre-3.3.0 parameters"

From experience I know these devices are very sensitive to firmware version vs configuration file.

Not sure if you've followed this guide but it shouldn't be using tftp if you did:

Yes I did and that’s what I used when it was initially set up. But I went back to square one and tried to redo the setup per that link and it just won’t work. I gave up and just bought a better supported phone.
Any one want an IP5000?
