Polycom VVX 450 with VVX EM 50

I was wondering if anyone is using Polycom VVX 450 with VVX EM 50 sidecar. I have a problem with BLFs such that some custom Speed Dials don't show at all, shared park SP1 show completely out of order (on a main unit instead of at button 67), etc. The same extension with Fanvil X210 provisioned has no issues with the same BLFs. The VVX 450 firmware is 6.3.0.14929, 3CX version is 16.0.1078. The phone is using the current VVX 450 template.
I like the polycom phones for their audio quality and because people buy them for Ring Central. It is easier to pitch 3CX if I can reuse their existing phones.

My question is: does your VVX 450 phone with EM 50 sidecar work as expected or do you also have issues with BLFs ?

Here is a picture of a VVX450 + sidecar full of BLFs and SPs:


Check that you are on the latest firmware available and the your have the default template.
Note that there were some major changes to the template that came in V16 Update 6 which could justify what you are describing, if you are using older firmware + template.
