Hello,
We upgraded to SP6 and went ahead and updated the Polycom VVX 400's to the latest 3CX recommended firmware as well, 5.6.0.
Users are now complaining that after dialing but prior to the standard ringback starting, there is a brief double beep which sounds like the call waiting tone that plays first.
It isn't 100% of the time but pretty consistent.
I don't see any changes to the provisioning templates that should be causing this.
Has anyone else experienced this or does anyone have a recommended fix?
