Looks like a consumer device to me. Its about all of $50. If you are relying on 3cx for business functions - you should get a reliable piece of hardware. These devices will often bog down under any strain. I use an apple Airport Extreme at home for my network - but my UCM is not 3cx and does not have some of the more rigid requirements.
At my current office, we support about 70 people at I use this: http://routerboard.com/CCR1009-8G-1S
(Done the 16 core version in an office for 500 ppl)
However, I have installed this: http://routerboard.com/RB2011UiAS-RM in an office for 10-20 people.
All have been online nonstop for a year without outages. However, based on your limited knowledge of networks and routers, you should consider finding someone to program these for you if you go this route. I like the 1009 because it has 2 power supplies.
I can recommend other equipment, but it sounds like you will be encountering the same type of issues across the board and have trouble programming them and setting them up properly.
Not sure what kind of environment you are trying to support there.
