Hi everyone,

I have a PorTech MV-370 configured as shown in Wiki category forum.

All the incoming calls from GSM make my internal ring, but when i call from my internal (101) the GSM number, the outbound call is not fired.
On 3cx log I see

23:36:44.762 Call::Terminate [CM503008]: Call(3): Call is terminated
23:36:44.746 Call::Terminate [CM503008]: Call(3): Call is terminated
23:36:39.317 CallCtrl::onLegConnected [CM503007]: Call(3): Device joined: sip:[email protected]:5060
23:36:39.302 CallCtrl::onLegConnected [CM503007]: Call(3): Device joined: sip:[email protected]:5060
23:36:38.943 Line::printEndpointInfo [CM505002]: Gateway:[PortTech GSM] Device info: Device Not Identified: User Agent not matched; Capabilities:[reinvite, replaces, able-no-sdp, recvonly] UserAgent: [CM5K (706220)] Transport: [sip:192.168.0.12:5060]
23:36:38.475 CallCtrl::onSelectRouteReq [CM503004]: Call(3): Calling: PSTNline:10001@[Dev:sip:[email protected]:5060]
23:36:38.444 CallCtrl::onIncomingCall [CM503001]: Call(3): Incoming call from Ext.101 to [sip:[email protected]]

then the call from 3cx is fired on PorTech but on the MV-370 device, under Mobile status I see

Incoming IP: 101@10001
Incoming IP Name: 101
Outgoing IP:
Incoming Mob:
Outgoing Mob:

Where is the mistake? I think in 3cx MV-370 gateway configuration but where?

Thanks a lot,

Andrea L.

is the gsm gateway showing as registered?

Check outbound rules on PBX and GSM gateway.

Outbound roules are ok.

For 3cx, i sow in the log the follows:

23:36:39.317 CallCtrl::onLegConnected [CM503007]: Call(3): Device joined: sip:[email protected]:5060
23:36:39.302 CallCtrl::onLegConnected [CM503007]: Call(3): Device joined: sip:[email protected]:5060

Then internal 101 at 192.168.0.30:5060 "talk and exit" from 10001 at 192.168.0.22:5060

On GSM gateway the outbound roules are (very simple) as explained in http://docs.google.com/View?docid=dqnz5cc_7t4436fhj at point 7:

7. Click on the “Route” tab at the top right site of the page. Configure this page as follows:
a. Set the “LAN To Mobile settings” field
Add New
a. Position:= 0
b. URL:=*
c. Call Num:= #
d. Click the “Add” button at the bottom of the page.

The strange thing is that on GSM gateway, during the outbound call, under Mobile status I see

Incoming IP: 101@10001
Incoming IP Name: 101
Outgoing IP:
Incoming Mob:
Outgoing Mob:

The incoming IP would be 192.168.0.30 (the 101 internal or the 192.168.0.12 that is the 3cx pbx), not 101@10001?!
And the Outgoing Mob: that remain blank, vould be the number 3493139351 of the call log (23:36:38.444 CallCtrl::onIncomingCall [CM503001]: Call(3): Incoming call from Ext.101 to [sip:[email protected]] ).

Any other ideas? Tanks 1000!

Probably your outbound rule strips first digit, so GSM doesn't receive valid number and waits for additional input or something

No, the outbound roule strip 0 digits.

For gateway configuration, I choose the "generic gateway device" option. Is that right?

Yes

Ok, now the Portech is running. The goal was to upgrade its firmware from march 2008 edition to may 2008 edition. The only problem remaining is that when a mobile phone is swithed off and i try to call it, 3cx do not know that the phone is off and continue making the calling tone "tooo, tooo"; but I will open a new post for this problem.

Hi!
I fought 4 hours with Portech 370 and 3CX and cannot bring it to work. Them simply do not working together!
I used Portech manual and 3CX Wiki.
I have May 2008 Firmware at Portech and latest 3CX build (6.0.806.0)
I configured Portech as decsibed at 3CX wiki. When I try to call from Extension to Portech I receive Busy Here signal
12:16:08.609 Call::Terminate [CM503008]: Call(68): Call is terminated
12:16:08.546 Call::RouteFailed [CM503015]: Call(68): Attempt to reach [sip:[email protected]:5060] failed. Reason: Busy
12:16:08.546 CallLeg::onFailure [CM503003]: Call(68): Call to sip:[email protected]:5060 has failed; Cause: 486 Busy Here; from IP:192.168.0.8:5060
12:16:07.453 Line::printEndpointInfo [CM505002]: Gateway:[Portech 370] Device info: Device Not Identified: User Agent not matched; Capabilities:[reinvite, replaces, able-no-sdp, recvonly] UserAgent: [CM5K (706220)] Transport: [sip:192.168.0.10:5060]
12:16:07.453 CallCtrl::onAnsweredCall [CM503002]: Call(68): Alerting sip:[email protected]:5060
12:16:06.921 CallCtrl::onSelectRouteReq [CM503004]: Call(68): Calling: PSTNline:80679586868@(Ln.10008@Portech 370)@[Dev:sip:[email protected]:5060]
12:16:06.906 CallCtrl::onSelectRouteReq [CM503010]: Making route(s) to [sip:[email protected]:5060]
12:16:06.906 Extension::printEndpointInfo [CM505001]: Ext.11: Device info: Device Identified: [Man: 3CX Ltd.;Mod: 3CX VoIP Client;Rev: 1] Capabilities:[reinvite, replaces, able-no-sdp, recvonly] UserAgent: [3CX Phone 6.0.727.0] Transport: [sip:192.168.0.10:5060]

When I call from GSM to 3CX I cannot get direct call transfer. I always receive dialtone so I need to dial any number to get "external" 3CX extenson.
When I set Mobile to Lan route as stated in Wiki Im almays receive Busy signal.

In short Portech does not work in both directions and I cannot figure the problem.I think I need to tweak some advansed 3CX SIP settings but I do not know which :? :? :? :(

Is the GSM service registered succesfully (see the GSM status)?
