Possible for extension to withhold number?

May be glaringly obvious but none of my searches have returned any answers.

Have a request from an end user asking if some of their users/extensions can have the ability to withhold the outgoing number when they choose. Ive had a look through the settings but cannot see where/if this can be configured.

Any ideas?

Go to setting, advanced and then dial codes and look at the last entry for block outbound caller ID. Hover your cursor over the ? for details on how to do. I think this is what you are asking about.

It may depend on the type of outgoing trunks you are using.
