Hi,
We are in the process of migrating some old PBXs to 3cx and trying to make the migration as transparent as possible.
I just noticed that both the Standard and DTMF Input Digital Receptionists do not allow the star (*) or pound (#) digits.
Is there a way to bypass this issue?
The old PBXs' IVR supported that the calling user presses * or #.

Thank you,
George

* and # are not part in the normal IVR and * is generally reserved in IVRs to connect to the operator.
You could deploy a very simple CFD mimicking a normal IVR, in those you can use * and #

I will start getting familiar with the CFD in this case. Thank you for your response Stefan.
