3CX Ver 18 installation

Good day, I want to have 3CX pre-installed on a mini pc (using debian). Are there any documentations on how to have this done? i searched this forum and also googled but found none. Appreciate the assistance.

Do you want to buy a device, from someone, with it pre-installed,or, buy a device, then install it yourself, or have someone install it for you? I'm not clear.
