Primary System Owner locked out, console access blocked

Hello,

I need help recovering access to my 3CX system.

• The Primary System Owner account is locked out.
• The public IP 216.201.49.219 is blacklisted.
• I cannot access the Admin Console.
• I do not have SSH or host access.
• The system is PRO Edition, 3CX-hosted, Version 20.0.995 SP9.

Please advise the safest way to regain access.
