Dear All,
i would like the configuration like this, i have several groups & in one particular group i want that few extensions to get calls first for 15 seconds, for example
i have 15 extensions in that group but i want 5 extensions of that group can receive the outside call first then if they dont answer remaining extension will receive.
is it possible if yes then how to do it ? or any other scenario like that or suggestion is also welcome.

Thanks.

I would probably say the best is to use multiple groups and just fail them over to one another with the "destination of no answer" setting.

Hunt by Threes Prioritized could be an option but you don't want 3 you want 5, so stick with the above.

Create RG1, with 5 extensions in ring all strategy for a ringing time of 15s, set DNA to RG2
RG2 with all others extensions

Thanks for the prompt response guys :)
now i have setup just like you guys have mentioned but the office hours are already over & office is at remote location so i'll give you update on this same tomorrow..

you can test alone if you have an app connected to pbx , you call RG1 number and check if it really do what you expect and forward to RG2

Hello All,
All is working fine now after creating new RG for those extension & den if they don't answer it will be redirect to that original RG... Cheers :)
