Pro - Enterprise Trial Conversion

We currently have a Professional Trial system that we're evaluating. I'd like to covert the Professional Trial to an Enterprise. How do I do that? I see how I can change the # of concurrent users, but not how to to change from Pro to Enterprise.

You need to have a partner (like us) request the upgrade via their channel manager.
