I'm on 18.0 (Build 368), The system language is French, I have a strange problem with Digital Receptionist section, Whenever I want to transfer some call from this menu to some extension, The voice message plays in French with some background music " please wait while I'm connection you to your destination " which I can't find it anywhere in the IVR voice sets. The problem is that this specific voice plays with horrible scattered noises and not understandable at all. All the rest of system voices such as voice mail greetings are working without any issues. Do you have any idea how to solve this issue or even remove this announce?
