problem in my 3CX calls

when i use to call from my device handset to softphone(Provided by 3CX) the call does not connect :cry:
i would like to send the log:

You haven't given much information - can you describe your setup?

It looks as though you have some sort of gateway at 192.168.0.243?

The problem could be because your gateway has the same range as your extensions - normally gateways have a virtual extension number well outside the normal extension range. By default gateways usually start at 10000, so perhaps you should delete any current gateways with a 100x number and recreate them with a 10000 virtual number and test to see if that helps.
