Problem to connect on a new service provider

Hello, my service provider is using a different domain vs the proxy, i am able to received calls but i'm not able to place call, so i look with wireshark (ethernet sniffer) and it looks that 3cx is registering usingn the proxy address (This is correct) but when i want to call (send an INVITE) it send it on the domain address and not on the proxy address.

Is there a work around for this ?
