problem whit one SBC

Is there any limitation in the event that the SBC is installed on a network that has the same IP address range as the network where the PBX is located?

Hi Jose,

You should not have an issue, but I would point out that an SBC is not really of much use if the devices connecting to it are already on the same network as the PBX. It simply isn't necessary.

Since my native language is Spanish it seems to express me badly, they are geographically distinct locations, only that in both locations they are using the same network address 192.168.1.0/24

No problem

You can use the same network address on all your SBCs if they are on different locations. You can even have 2 SBCs at the same location on the same range. There is no problem here, the system will know which SBC is which.

It can tell them apart because they establish unique sessions with the PBX, regardless of their public or private IP range. As you will see in your trunks section, each SBC has their own authentication KEY ID and password which they use when sending traffic to a PBX.

What do mean ? two SBCs on same remote location can use same private IP ?
