i have a 3cx v18 latest sp / debian 10 vm on hyperv server. Patton SN4120 2BRI. ISDN 4 voice channel
system run perfect for about 3 months. 2 times, yesterday and half day 3 week ago experience one way audio only on first call. remote can't hear my voice for incoming call or i can't hear remote voice if i call. The problem is only for first call when no other isdn channel is in use, all other call ( if there is at least one call active run perfect).
i try with pbx delivery audio on both trunk and/or phone, reboot all system, try to force spcefic code on patton g711a g711u or g729, 3cx and phone. problem is the same on fanvil x3u, andorid app and yealink dect.
at certain point after some hour first time and after 1 day yesterday resolves itself
after check audio pbx delivery make dump and on call with one way audio i see only my voice not the remote one from patton, so seem like problem is between patton/3cx or directly on bri.
How is possibile that problem occur only on first call ?
If usefull i attach dump same call
1) one way audio when no other isdn channel in use
2) same call start when one other call is running with correct 2 way audio.
