After reinstallation problem was overcome, I've got the v11 running again. However, I no longer get email notifications. On the extention pages of the console the "email options" field label is grey. If I uncheck "enable voicemail" then recheck it, the "email options" field is enabled, but after saving the page it is shaded again when I return to the page, and I still don't get the email notifications.
How do I troubleshoot this?
