problem with Inphonex

I've tried to connect to Inphonex provider ( http://www.inphonex.com ).
I've set up the VoIP line at 3CX. At the first time the stutus appear as registered, but after the first outbound call the status changed to not registered. Calls go out via this provider and during the call colour of status changed to yellow, after ending of call status changes to red (not registered).

Any suggestions ?

sip trunk?

Hi, I just install asterisknow 1.4.0 - Beta 4 then I tried to make a call via inphonex, but the system just ask for the host, user and password!!! how can I make a hole config for that trunk? May I need to edit direct the config Files, sip.conf ?
