problem with Media Server - the server is stopping

I have a problem with 3cx Phonesystem Media Server. The Media Server is stopping, and I got an errormessage in windows. I start the Media Server into services.msc with the RUN-command, but it stop again. And the errormessage come up.

Is it other people that have this problem with the new 3cx 5.1, or is it just me?

Is it somebody out there that have a solution?

I run MS Vista home premium 32-bit, with 3 gb RAM...

Windows error box specifies module that is really "crash".
It may be related to DirectShow filters.
If you provide more information we will be able to find the reasons.
Logs of MediaServer (3CXMediaServe.log and 3CXMediaServer.trace.log) provides some additional information (I hope at least a piece of it)

The error-message that come up is: "3cx PhoneSystem Application stop working, and is clossing. A problem do that the program stop working as it should. You get a message if a solutions are there"

I have read the problemlogg in vista, and all it said is the: "3cx phonesystem application" have stop working,,, I don't find out what file it is the problem,,,

any suggestion to where I could look?

I tried the RUN-command: perfmon /rel

Only thing that come up there was the file "3cxmediaserver.exe" has stop...
