Problem with outbound calling -Not following back-up rule

Hi,

Why is it that if the priority PSTN line for outbound is busy,
the system does not follow the back-up rule?

Which version of 3CX PBX in use?

Build 2328 should be fixed this issue.

Hi,

It's version v3.0.2295.0

Can I upgrade to that version?

One more thing I'm also experiencing drop call every 30s internal or external call. I checked "extension is external" and the issue was resolved. Is it the right solution?

Yes. You can upgrade your 3CX PBX to version v3.0.2328.0

P.S. **** Backup your config before upgrade ****

I checked 3cx website and the current version for download is 2295.

Outbound back-up rule works with build2328. Thanks a lot guys.

Any help also on how to adjust the volume on PSTN calls? The volume from the PSTN side is very low.
