Problem with service 3CXPhoneSystemMC01

Hello,
yesterday I saw that I received an email telling me that the 3CXPhoneSystemMC01 service has stopped.

Through SSH I entered the command:

systemctl start 3CXPhoneSystemMC01.service

But the answer is:
"Failed to start 3CXPhoneSystemMC01.service: The name org.freedesktop.PolicyKit1 was not provided by any .ser
vice files "

What should I do?

Have you already tried to restart the services from the Dashboard?
Or just reboot the VM

The dashboard is not accessible without that service. I haven't restarted the VM yet because I didn't want to create customer disruptions. I wanted to first understand if it is possible to intervene from the command line.

Can you please run "systemctl status 3CXPhoneSystemMC01.service" and "journalctl -xe" for more details?

Has your "admin" user the same permissions as root?

Otherwise you should run: sudo systemctl start 3CXPhoneSystemMC01.service
