I have a bizzare problem in one of my 3CX systems. Timeouts, in general, are inconsistent.

For example, within the extension menu the "If in status, forward call as follows" is set to 60 sec. However, the calls usually timeout in a few seconds (1-2). I've managed to overcome the problem by settings the timeout to loopback to the same extension (however this is a workaround and not a solution).

The same thing happens when within my IVR. Although I have set the timeout to 4 seconds, sometimes it can take even 40 seconds to forward the call (see screenshot).

Any ideas?

I guess you tried to set this for external calls and not internal as your capture show , am i right ?

Here is the full screenshot. The problem appears even when we are trying to call from one extension to another. Please note, that even the timeout in IVR is inconsistent.

3cx version: 16.0.6.655
O/S: Debian
3CX Server: Hosted onprem on HyperV
Provisioning Method: Local
Trunk: Cosmote
Firewall passed checks
No custom Templates

did you follow 3CX documentation on prerequisite for HyperV install?

Checked it out. HyperV host and 3cx was about 40sec out of sync. I will check if that's the problem (probably)
