In insert url in plugin wordpress new version the link is truncated

it seems that the url text line is for a few characters, almost a plugin bug, is it possible to get some help from you?

I see, the Live Chat that is currently available on the Wordpress plugin repository is only compatible with V18 U4 and 3CX StartUP.

This means that right now you have 2 options:
a) Deploy 3CX StartUP instead of an on-prem installation and use the WP plugin: https://www.3cx.com/blog/releases/startup/
b) Keep your 3CX installation V18 U3, but deploy 3CX Live Chat using the Live Chat Code Generator: https://www.3cx.com/live-chat/code-generator/

The 3rd option you have of course is to wait until V18 U4 is released and then you will be able to configure the WP Live Chat plugin as you are trying to do now, but that might be a few weeks at least until it's released.
