Problem with Yealink W60B snd W59R

Hi

I'm running an Azure 3cx cloud server with a windows SBC.

I have a Yealink W60B and 4 W59R phones.

When I receive 2 calls simultaneously on a "ring all" ring group all the phones ring but when one W59R answers, the rest of the W59R phones stop ringing. Requiring the second call to be answered on a desk phone (which works as normal).

I've been stuck on this problem for months, please let me know if you need more info.

Hi,

3CX does not support receiving two calls simultaneously on a "Ring All" ring group.

If you have modified any 3CX parameters to make this happen I would suggest to undo the change, and start using Call Queues instead.

This will allow you to answer a second incoming call on another deskphone that will be part of the same queue.
