Problems Auto Provisioning Fanvil X3U Remotely

Hello

I am trying to Auto Provision a Fanvil X3U

I have followed instructions but it is not working

the 3CX is Hosted and has other Extensions behind a SBC working ok

The Error I am getting is something to do with wrong File

Any Suggestions

And the other extensions are Fanvil phones? What firmware is the phone one? Did you follow the guide? Are you also trying to provision it the SBC or are you trying to provision it via STUN?

Hello,

There are 2 other Fanvil X3U onsite behind an SBC, this unit is remote to them on another site and not behind an SBC due to only one Extention
The Firmware on the phone as per instructions to upgrade firmware first is: 2.2.11 which is from the 3CX site
I am trying to provision via Stun, not SBC

Hi Adam,

When correctly configured for STUN, a freshly reset phone will boot up and ask for a username and password.

Have you reached this point?

it was getting to this page but after ended it in withing the Ext number and the VM pin as detailed in the process it went to wrong file
