Hello! I'm trying to remotely provision a gxp1760w through the internet, as i can't phisically operate the device due to the coronavirus outbreak. I'm following the rules listed in here (https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/grandstream-gxp17-series/) and since i can't log the device using voicemail and extension number i'm directly providing the phone with the config url, as stated in the rps warning guide, but with no results. I've been previously able to provision this phone, don't know why it doesnt work now.
Ty for your help

So you'd have to confirm a couple things:

- 3CX instance passes the firewall check
- Phone is on the required firmware version
- IP isn't blacklisted

You also don't state what 'doesn't work' means. Does it provision but not register? Does it not provision at all? Are there any messages on the LCD?

Trying to answer everything here:
I tried the firewall check and here is the result: https://pastebin.com/AU0iNYsY Nothing seems to have problems
Phone is on the version i downloaded on the 3cx webpage, which is also last version available for the phone
There are currently no blacklisted ip
option to allow stun is unticked
The phone currently has upnp and dmz enabled on its ip
The 3cx system is currently hosted on ovh, where i have several other instances which don't cause me any problems

Problem is that the phone doesn't provision. After setting the mac and sending the RPS Request, i see in the phone's server config url (for auto provision) a link like my3cx.com/rps. If i try to manually provision by providing the link in the extension settings, nothing happens. I don't have any means to insert an extension or the voicemail pin directly on the phone or see the lcd status.

I have "problem" with all my Grandstream 2130 phones when they are on a different subnet than the server. I MUST use a SBC to make them provision. Why i have no clue but with a SBC they work flawlessly so that is what i do.

Yealink works fine to provision from any LAN segment.
