Problems connecting nokia e90 from external

Hello,

trying to connect a nokia E90 to 3CX.
Registering the E90 internal in LAN works fine.
But when coming from external the device isn't able to register to the 3CX.
The parameters Extension is external and Bind to Media Server are checked and the described ports in this forum are also forwarded.

Refer to the log. It should be the password issue. Please try detele the password both Nokia SIP profile and extension setting at PBX. Just keep the extension number with blanked password at both side.

Have you try other softphone (SJphone, Xlite and etc ...) instead of E90?
I just want to make sure that the other SIP clients can register externally or not.

thanks for your quick reply. Yes another softphones can register in the 3CX without probs from outside.
I looked the specification of the e90 and by this link it should be able to work with STUN:

I'm really no idea for this case. I think 3CX support can be help.

I have almost the same case like this. I have try the MISC brand WiFi Phone before. It can works fine behind broadband router Draytek 2910VG. However, if it behind the others broadband router such ZyXel, Sercom and PCI NOT works.
