Problems with attended transfert managing IP phone with APP

Good evening lads,
I'm requesting your help because i have a problem to make a attended tranfert while using desktop app/webbrowser when talking with an IP phone (Yealink T54w)



My need is to control the phone with the app. Also i can't pick up the call with the app, pickup button is lock.
I'm certainly missing something if you might help.

Thanks for the track it solved my problem BUT

Still can't use "hold" fonction and cant send DTMF neither
