Profile still active even though Workstation shut

Hi Community,


I was after some help with some questions.

I have a client where one of their users - Would shut down their cpu but her status in the app (team part/BLF) shows that she is still available for calls- But when another user shuts down their cpu their status changes to grey.


On 3CX you can't seem them under the phones tab.

Hope someone can help

Is there a physical phone, mobile app, etc. connected? The management console should show a count for each user.
