Programming Polycom IP7000

We just picked up a Polycom IP 7000 and I have it all up and running OK.

I need to know if it is possible to program buttons.
By default on the display it shows two soft key options (New Call and Dir) with two blank buttons.
Can I program the other two buttons as shared parks or Speed dials?

Any help is appreciated.
