Provisioned Phones error

Hello,
we have provisioned 100 yealink Phones.
Now in 3cx on every extension / Phone Provisioning / Your Phone is not Yealink, but Cyberdata Emergency Intercom.

What happened?

Did the phones show the correct name previously ?

Have you made any changes to the system i.e. updates, templates, etc

If you provisioned them with a custom template that was then deleted, it may default to the CyberData device which is the first template alphabetically

You have right, all our Custom Templates are gone !!!
Where are saved?
Can I simple copy this custom template from backup?

Ist questions, why are all custom teplates deleted. I can't imagine anyone deleting them one by one.

I know now, somebody renamed provisioned folder

Do not rename the provisioning folder please, you might have to reinstall your PBX from your backup if you can't recover the name
