Provisioning Error "Header not found"

Hello There,

I am trying to install 3cx on my android device and connect to my corporate directory.

I am getting the provisioning error message "header not found" and I cannot find anywhere online that provides troubleshooting advice in regard to this error.

I look forward to any suggestions you might have.

How are you trying to provision? Email attachment, QR code?

So that should work. I'm guessing this is a local install and your Android device is on the same network as 3CX and it's a firewall loopback issue. Can you provide more information about your setup?
