Hello,

Problem: need to intial config a Grandstream HT802 - but the 3cx XML which I need to "upload manually configuration to HT802" looks "defective/empty"?

Download the provisioning XML via
DASHBOARD / FXS/DECT > HT802 the FILE has below CONTENT

GOAL: the Grandstream HT802 should only be used with a Toshiba MFP for outgoing faxes.

https://www.3cx.com/voip-gateways/grandstream-ht-fxs/

Step Step 2: Add and Choose Device with Mac address, assign extension
> we have done.

Content of XML:

<html>
<head><title>403 Forbidden</title></head>
<body bgcolor="white">
<center><h1>403 Forbidden</h1></center>
<hr><center>nginx</center>
</body>

</html>

I have a internal network with non-rfc-conform network: e.g. 1.70.147.1

But our SNOM + 3cx DEBIAN Linux had a own IP Range 10.1.1.1 "RFC-CONFORM"

Under FXS/DECT:

Once you create the entry, press OK to save first.

Click on the device again and now you can download the XML file that has been created

Hi John,
thx
> Under FXS/DECT << we created that entry 1 week ago. I think it was saved last week successfully.

I have run into issues with getting the HT802 to provision from a cloud host and without SBC. Everything looked right but it wouldnt take the provision. I ended up TFTP firmware onto the HT802 and then it just worked.

@user44343

So just to be clear, when you right click the URL and Save-As to get the config XML, the file is then empty?

If this is the case, then delete the gateway from the FXS/DECT page and recreate it just like the guide describes.

Also please tell us what browser you use, and what version your PBX is (can be seen on the 3CX dashboard)
