I made a video now. How to exit without push QUICKER than before.
Send this to your clients and I bet no one with the right mind will need to come back.

How to exit ANY APP not just 3CX - the answer is inside Android.

I can you understand. Unfortunately, Android has an another Problem... Custom Versions.

As example.. I have a (very great) Xiaomi... But in this case, there aren't "Info", only "Dual Apps" or "Uninstall". MIUI (Xiaomi), EMUI (Huawei)... there are a lots.

Today our "Confort Zone" is: 1-Status change / 2-Account deactivate.

Please, that only a comment, isn't a reclamation: Works fine for us (if the Name in main screen come back, at least)

Also a Xiaomi user. As you already said long pressing on icon wont give you shortcut for app settings in MIUI so just open General settings - Manage apps - select 3cx - you will find Force stop on the bottom of the page.

Deactivating the account will also do the work although I personally just switch status from Available to DND when i do not want PUSH notifications to wake up application.

Pushing the info symbol (i) to get in App Info was what I missed, but in my opinion that's not the most elegant way to disable an account. Shouldn't be to difficult to make it a little easier from within the app. Or with a similar icon like the On/Off for Silent it can be done with just one single short press.
