Hi All
Version 20.0 Update 7 (Build 1080 Release) self hosted.
PWA in MS Edge Version 143.0.3650.80 (Official build) (64-bit)
Windows 10 22H2 with extended security updates enabled.

Have just noticed, because the boss asked me to see who was logged in to which queues that I cannot do that from my PWA any more. Unlike PWA on any of the normal users I do not see the Queue names beside the Ext and User columns I used to see. If I open the panel tab on any users PWA I see all of those queue names plus a mini wallboard at the bottom.

I just uninstalled and reinstalled the PWA from the Webclient login and it is still the same. Is this by design for Admin users or is it a bug in Edge?

Are you manager of the qeues?

Hi, good question, I assume you mean am I listed under the notifications tab of the queue as a "Supervisor" and if that is correct then the answer is no. If there is some other place I might be listed then not sure.

Yes, you need to be listed there to see the qeues.

I am sorry but that does not make sense. All the users who are not listed as supervisors can see them.I am system owner so effectively a super admin.

Good point , will check.

Very interesting. I was not in any of the queues as they are sales and accounts based not IT. created a Test call queue and added myself to it. This enabled the Queue logged in to column but I could not see anyone in the other queues. Adde myself to one of those and this added the members of that queue to the panel and brought up the mini wall board too. I think I understand what you are telling me now. If you are neither a queue member or a supervisor you do not see any information about queues in the Panel. Is that correct?

Yes, thats correct. As an admin you should be supervisor/manager of the qeue to do task like this. As an Agent you are there to take the calls.

Thank you my friend, I have added myself as a Supervisor to all the queues and now have the logged in status and mini wallboard back in the Panel view.
