Hello all,

Is it possible to configure the columns fields that are displayed when viewing "All Queues" in the switchboard?' Presently only 3 columns are displayed - "Ext | Name | Queues logged in to"

We would like to see the same information that is displayed when you select individual queues (as below)

Does anyone know if it is possible to change this, and if so - how?

Thanks in advance!

Hi @HMRSupport1,

Currently this isn't possible. A single extension can belong to multiple queues, meaning you'd need to be able to show their status which can be different (logged in / logged out) for each individual queue.

Hi
Thank you for your response; however, I still think this would be a good product feature for any manager that has agents that are listed in all Queues .
Our agents typically use your featured "Toggle Q status" button which by default, joins the agent to every queue they are a member of.
It stands to reason then, that there be a switchboard overview that can display this...

Thanks

Our agents typically use your featured "Toggle Q status" button which by default, joins the agent to every queue they are a member of.
Just to clarify, the Queue button actually toggles global log-in/log-out from queues but it will not automatically log them into every call queue they are a member of. If an agent is explicitly logged out of some queues, they will not be logged into those when they use the Toggle Q status button.

The rest of the columns cannot be simply carried over as the statistics they contain are per agent and per Call Queue(depending on which Queue tab is selected)

In any case, you might want to take a look through our ideas section to check if anyone else recommended this same feature before so that you can upvote it and therefore help move it up the list.

Thank you for explaining this in more detail. It is most helpful and has corrected a misconception. Much appreciated.
