Hi, I wanted to ask to be sure I am in the right spot.
I got an email in the last few days from 3cx, that it was possible to test out - kick the wheels for free - the new AI 3cx-Support web agent.
which basically allows me to
login to web portal > choose my license related to the support query > and then feed in a query to the help AI agent.
It then does lovely AI things behind the scenes and tells me proposed AI generated answers. and lets me refine my question / clarify etc. as needed.
Presumably by trawling internal support ref docs / public forum / other places maybe (not really sure?)
anyhoo. I did kick the wheels on it yesterday. I wanted to give a bit of feedback to the 3cx team realted to my 'testing and experience'. but wanted to be certain I am actually posting in the proper place.
I read the 'sticky - READ ME' for this forum and I think? this is the right place
but wanted to sanity check to be certain.
thank you
Tim
