While I am waiting I just thought I would post this here to see what response I get. This is a dialog from the support trouble ticket system.

I see that v11 of 3CX now has a provisioning choice for the KX-TGP500.
Is this phone supposed to be 'discovered' by 3CX and show up in the PHONES branch of the management console where I can manually assign it to an existing extension or a new extension?
Is this phone supported via Option 66 provisioning? If so, what is the correct syntax for the provisioning url?
Thanks.

Allen

Thanks Kyle,
I am interested in learning. So maybe you can explain why the only Panasonic that shows up in the phone provisioning tab drop down is the one that I mentioned - none of the ones you mentioned appear in my v11.
So, my questions are:
1. What does 'supported' mean and
2. What does the appearance of a phone in the dropdown list mean
Thanks.
Regards,
Allen
