Question about Queues

Good morning,

I believe in version 18 there was a way for users to add/remove users from the queues. We have a v20 3cx hosted instance, and I am not seeing the option anywhere for users to be added and removed from queues from their login with no admin page access.

I am looking for an easy way for managers of the department to be able to easily add and remove users from queues without needing to go to each individual queue and remove/add them.

Is there an easier way than the admin portion of users to add and remove them from the queues?

Are you referring to logging agents in and out of queues or adding them as agents to queues?

Both. From what I can tell these two things I haven't been able to find.
1. Department Administrators/Maangers don't have an option anywhere to queue users in and out of queues.
2. Department Administrators/Managers don't have an option anywhere to add or remove users from the queue that isn't under the Admin settings.
