Now at our old phone station it is implemented like this: secretaries have a button on their phone, by clicking on which they take all calls from the employee to themselves.
As far as we understand, at the 3CX station this can be implemented with “statuses” and the “receptionist” function. For example, we can configure the DND status so that an employee’s calls go to the secretary.
Also, the secretary in 3CX can change the status of an employee remotely via webclient.
Is it possible to change the status using buttons on the device? Option *32number - does not work for remotely changing an employee’s status. Even if they are in the same group (we receive a response from the station “No actions performed”)
Another important point for us when redirecting:
When the call goes to the secretary, the secretary does not see whether employee “A” is calling him directly or through employee “B” with DND status.
This is only visible after the fact in the call log.
