Question in regards to Presence possibilty

Hi,

I would like to know if it's possible to pick up a call witch is intended for somebody else on the presence information ?
For exemple, someone is calling John but i want to take it before him.

Hi there,

If the call is ringing another extension you can pick it up if you use the dial code to pick up a call. By default is *20* provided that the extensions is on the same extension group. Note: One extension can be in more than one extension groups.
